britreed asked: so weird. when i went to go buy kodak portra 120 VC the other week, the people at the place I was buying my film from looked at me shocked when I asked for it. They didn't think many people liked portra or that people even shot with it any more.

I've been living "on the edge" of veganism
for a while now. Did you ever meet Sean Vize?
He was working in the digital lab for like 2 or more years.
Anyway we should all have vegan dinners together when i get back.
He's already said he'd make rad vegan cookies when I get back to chicago :)

I wanted to share this all with you...
This is a poem by Roger Bonair-Agard, whom I saw perform this poem at the Green Mill Poetry slam here in Chicago. He is wonderful, and the performance was hilarious. The poem is about the discovery of an all-black penguin on the continent of Antarctica and how the media covered the story. The poem is written from the perspective of the penguin.
